DP Road Phase II Reconstruction Project Updates

Construction activity for the week of July 29 , 2024

TLC Plumbing & Utility is working Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Parking:

  • Parking will not be allowed south of DP Road outside of designated areas south of Ace Hardware and south of the Los Alamos Fire Training Academy.

Traffic Control:

  • Crews will continue excavation of the joint communication electrical trench between 264 DP Road and 278 DP Road and the excavation of the joint gas and water trench on DP Road east of businesses on DP Road towards LANL TA-21 gate. 
  • New survey marks and staking have been added to the work zone within the business area and caution should be used when crossing the work zone to avoid disturbing markers.
  • Follow all work zone signs and exercise caution; flaggers may direct traffic during certain construction events.
  • Access to businesses will be maintained; westbound traffic direction remains unchanged.
