NOTICE: Survey in progress

Our annual Voice of the Customer survey is occurring now. If you receive an email from GreatBlue Research with our Department of Public Utilities logo at the top, we want you to know it is a legitimate email and it is safe to click on the hyperlink. If you'd be so kind as to take the survey, we'd greatly appreciate it! If you'd like to take it right now, please visit the County's Have Your Say page.

Utility services are provided to the Los Alamos Community by the Los Alamos Department of Public Utilities, a community-owned utility proudly providing electric, natural gas, water and wastewater services.

Unlike an investor-owned utility, DPU focuses on providing good service and being involved in the community rather than profits. It is a department under the Los Alamos County government, owned by the community, and governed by the Board of Public Utilities.
