ADA Audit and Transition Plan Implementation of the ADA Audit Transition Plan that was finalized in 2022. The ADA Audit and Transition Plan is a federal requirement to identify gaps in outdoor recreation amenities and remove barriers that prevent use by those with disabilities. The implementation is prioritized by short-, mid-, and long-term transitions to bring out of compliance items into compliance.
Bayo Booster Station Tank (Phase II) Construct a new 833,000 gallon non-potable water tank at the Bayo Booster Station, expand storage from 182,000 gallons to 1,015,000 gallons.(Phase 2 of this project).

Bluffs Senior Apartments The Bluffs on DP Road in Los Alamos is a multi-family affordable housing project with 64 units for seniors.
BMX Track Los Alamos County (County) is seeking design and construction services for a Bicycle Moto-Cross (BMX) Track which will require sanctioning by USA BMX. The track will be built on County owned property, located at North Mesa Park Road, on top of the existing facility.
Brewer Arena Lighting (Completed) The project was aimed at replacing and upgrading lighting at Brewer Arena. The lighting project replaced poles, electrical wiring, and lights. The new lights have LED precision directional lighting to control spillover.
Canyon Rim Trail Phase III Design and construction of the Canyon Rim Trail Phase III, extending the Canyon Rim Trail from where it currently ends at Knecht Street, westward to 15th Street along the canyon rim. Final design is pending land acquisitions/easements.
Carbon Free Power Project (CFPP) The Carbon Free Power Project (CFPP) is a proposed nuclear electric generation facility to be constructed at Idaho National Laboratory. Los Alamos County is a participating partner in the project.
