Step 2.Create a Profile

Select "Apply" and follow the instructions to create a profile. Please DO NOT use special characters when creating your profile USERNAME and PASSWORDS must have a minimum of 8 characters in length; require both upper and lower case and one of the characters must have a numeric value.

Step 3.Returning Applicant

**Special instructions for returning applicants with a pin number. After selecting "Apply," click on the "Pin Account Migration" button and follow the instructions to create a USERNAME and PASSWORD prior to submitting an application. If you can't recall your pin number, contact us Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at (505)662-8040 for assistance.
