Permits - Apply and Pay Online Citizen Self-Service Portal
Apply Online
- Online payment is now available for permits processed online via the citizen self-service (CSS) portal.
Apply for a building permit, renew a business license, pay invoices, request inspections, search public records, and get an estimate of a fee.
Once an application is submitted online, please check the CSS Dashboard frequently for updated permit review status, information on holds providing or requiring additional information, and invoices waiting for payment.
If you see a permit is on hold in CSS, please email permit.techs@lacnm.us once you have addressed the issue or provided the required information.
