Water Fitness Classes:

Aquatic exercise promotes and enhances physical and mental fitness. The water's unique properties allow the pool to provide an environment for people of all abilities. Buoyancy creates a reduced impact that is easier on joints, and water's resistance challenges the muscles. The beauty of water is the ability to offer aerobic activity, resistance training, and flexibility all at the same time. Water is thicker than air, so muscles get stronger.
