  • There are a total of 116 stable lots of varying sizes.

  • Stable lot licenses are available to residents of Los Alamos County and may be renewed on an annual basis.

  • Licensees are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of their licensed lot/s per the County Licensee Agreement and the Stable Rules and Regulations.

  • When a licensee vacates a lot, the improvements are available for purchase from the owner in accordance with the Rules & Regulations.

  • Some improvements owned by Los Alamos County may be offered through a public Stable Lot Draw Process.
