Los Alamos County Parks Division would like to recognize and say thank you to the Latter-Day Saints of Los Alamos volunteers who spent their day on Saturday, Sept. 7 at Guaje Pine Cemetery. The team cleared over 14 bags of pine needles, pulled weeds, removed trash, cleaned plant beds, and cleared two sections of the cemetery headstones.
“This team of volunteers worked hard and made a huge difference in the area,” said Parks Superintendent Wendy Parker, “We are thankful for these community members and their efforts to give back.”
