USA Tae Kwon Do Masters Association (Tu/Th)

As a martial art, Tae Kwon Do is popular with people of both genders and of many ages. Held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:45 to 7:15 p.m.

Open Gym: Badminton

Open Badminton, open to all ages and skill levels. Held on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8:00-10:00 p.m.

Open Gym: Table Tennis

Open Table Tennis, open to all ages and skill levels. Held on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7:30-10:00 p.m.

Zero impact, comfortably paced class that uses the water’s resistance to improve your fitness, flexibility, range of motion, strength, and balance. Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 - 10 a.m. at the Aquatic Center, 2760 Canyon Rd., Los Alamos.

Therapy Fun & Fitness

August 15, 2025

Low impact, warm-water class held in the therapy pool. Includes working on range of motion, toning, stretching, and balance. Held Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays from 10 a.m. - 11 a.m. at the Aquatic Center, 2760 Canyon Rd., Los Alamos.
