Shallow water exercises offer a low-impact way to work out in a pool. They focus on movements where feet are in contact with the bottom, and the water is typically waist to chest deep. These exercises can be modified to work the whole body, and the water resistance provides a challenging but gentle workout.
Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30- 6:30 p.m.
