Sealed Responses submitted electronically by email, subject to the conditions set forth in the solicitation documents, will be received until 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time, April 30, 2025, for this solicitation. Alternatively, sealed Responses may be submitted in paper form, one (1) clearly labeled unbound original and three (3) bound paper copies. If submitting Responses in paper form, Responses will be received at the address below until the date and time stated above for this solicitation.
A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time via Microsoft Teams. Contact the Procurement Division point of contact (see contact information below) to receive a link to participate in this conference.
