Truck snags power line in White Rock

About half of White Rock is without electricity while journeymen linemen from the Los Alamos Department of Public Utilities (DPU) work to repair a power line that was pulled down when a large truck snagged it while driving near Piñon School.

The incident, which leaves 907 customers without power, occurred shortly after 8:30 a.m. DPU’s crews are aiming for the repair to be completed by 11 a.m.
