Public workshop to shape County fleet and EV charging plan
Published on May 06, 2025
Los Alamos County’s Sustainability Division invites residents, business owners and other interested parties to participate in a public workshop to provide input on the development of a plan for electrifying the County fleet and expanding community-wide electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. The workshop will be held
Monday, May 12, from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers at 1000 Central Ave., Los Alamos. Participants may attend in person or join virtually via
Zoom using passcode 971816.
The County’s consultants, Consensus Planning and Stantec, will facilitate the event and present project details during two scheduled presentations—one at 4 p.m. and another at 5:30 p.m. Attendees are welcome to drop in at any time during the workshop.
The initiative aligns with Los Alamos County’s adopted Climate Action Plan, which identifies strategies to reduce emissions and expand EV infrastructure. Additional information is available at
