East Park Parking Lot Closure During Construction

As part of the ongoing East Park Basketball Court and North Mesa Tennis Courts Renovation Project, the parking lot at East Park will be closed for the duration of construction as indicated. A temporary walking path will be created to access the pavilion and playground areas. This closure is necessary to facilitate the demolition and rebuilding process and ensure the safety of the public and construction crews.

The project, led by LA Landscaping and More, includes the demolition and reconstruction of the basketball court at East Park, as well as upgrades to fencing and parking areas. While most park amenities will remain open to visitors, we encourage the public to plan accordingly for alternative parking and access.

We appreciate the community’s patience and cooperation as we work to improve these recreational spaces. The project remains on schedule for completion by September 30, 2025.
