Recovery Month - Gathering and Dinner

September is National Recovery Month and the Los Alamos County Social Services Division and the Los Alamos County Health Council have planned community events to foster support and connection. Free and open to everyone, the events aim to promote recovery and hope, and to break down the stigma surrounding addiction and mental health. No registration is required, and individuals can arrive at the location on the date and time to participate. The second of three is:

Celebrate Recovery, Gathering and Dinner: On Monday, Sept. 23, from 4 to 6 p.m., join the recovery celebration at SALA Event Center, 2551 Central Ave., Los Alamos. The event will offer an opportunity for guests to network, discover local resources, and connect with others in recovery. El Parasol will cater dinner.
