Only one of the following submission methods is required:

 

Sealed proposals in one (1) clearly labeled unbound original, and four (4) paper copies, and one (1) electronic version on a USB flash drive or CD, will be received at the Office of the Chief Purchasing Officer, Procurement Division - 101 CAMINO ENTRADA, BUILDING 3, Los Alamos, NM 87544, until 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time, September 12, 2024 for this solicitation.

 

Proposals may also be submitted electronically by email in pdf format. All other requirements stated in the Solicitation Document remain in effect. Emails should be addressed to: lacbid@lacnm.us. Subject line of the email must contain the following information: RESPONSE – RFP25-16 Water Production SCADA Equipment Replacement and Support Services – Step 1.

 

A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams and in person, on August 21, 2024, at 1:00 pm MDT. The onsite meeting location is 1000 Central Avenue, Room 330, Los Alamos, New Mexico 87544. Contact Derrill Rodgers, via contact information below to receive the meeting link.

 

This project is wholly or partially funded with United States Environmental Protection Agency funds, and therefore must comply with all federal requirements contained in the Supplemental Conditions. Neither the United States nor its department’s agencies or employees is or will be party to this Request for Proposals or any resulting contract.
