Sealed Bids in one (1) clearly labeled unbound original and two (2) bound paper copy (if submitting in paper form), subject to the conditions set forth in the Instructions to Bidders and in the other Solicitation Documents, will be received at the Office of the Los Alamos County Purchasing Officer, 101 Camino Entrada, Bldg. 3, Los Alamos, NM 87544 until2:00 p.m. MT, Wednesday, November 15, 2023 for this solicitation.

Bids may also be submitted electronically by email in pdf format. All other requirements stated in the Solicitation Document remain in effect. Emails should be addressed to:lacbid@lacnm.us. Subject line of the email must contain the following information: RESPONSE – IFB24-24 Bayo Canyon Lift Station Elimination Project.

non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. MT. The meeting will be held in Room 330 of the Los Alamos County Municipal Building, 1000 Central Avenue, Los Alamos, NM 87544 with a site visit to follow.

This project is wholly or partially funded with United States Environmental Protection Agency funds, and therefore must comply with all federal requirements contained in the Supplemental Conditions. Neither the United States nor its department’s agencies or employees is or will be party to this invitation for bids or any resulting contract.
