The Diamond Drive Pavement Preservation project in Los Alamos, New Mexico, has been rescheduled and will commence tonight due to recent weather impacts. The Los Alamos County Traffic & Streets Division, in collaboration with Dismuke Contractors, will undertake crack sealing on Diamond Drive from the hospital to the North Mesa Roundabout. In an effort to minimize disruption for the travelling public, this work is being planned at night. Operations are scheduled from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM starting this evening.

Work will begin at the hospital and proceed north and east. Work is being planned for several nights this week and possibly into next week, depending on how severe the crack sealing that is required. Please note that this schedule may change depending on weather conditions, and rain could cause further adjustments.

Motorists are urged to reduce speed in the work zone for the safety of the workers. Arrangements are also in place to ensure that bicyclists can safely navigate through the area. For any inquiries, please contact Daniel Campos at 505-500-7321.
