Los Alamos Airport hosts Open House June 28

Come explore aviation up close at the Los Alamos Airport Open House, as part of 2025 Los Alamos ScienceFest. Los Alamos County and Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) Chapter 691 will host a morning of aviation activities, exhibits, and family fun on Saturday, June 28, from 9:00 a.m. to noon at the Airport (1040 Airport Rd). This event is free and open to the public.
The morning’s events will include paramotor and RC model flying demonstrations, flight simulators, and an exhibit and lecture by photographer and pilot Chris Dahl-Bredine. Attendees can get up close and personal with an exciting lineup of aircraft on display and tour Los Alamos Fire Department’s Aircraft Rescue Firefighting (ARFF) Truck. Explore booths and activities hosted by Viva Skydive, Civil Air Patrol, New Mexico Pilots Association (NMPA), and more. See you at the Airport!
