Golf Course Restaurant Statement of Interest

The contract between Los Alamos County and Cottonwood on the Greens, the current restaurant at the Los Alamos County Golf Course, is coming to an end. The Los Alamos County Community Services Department (CSD) is now inviting Statements of Interest from individuals or businesses interested in operating the golf course restaurant space at 4244 Diamond Drive, Los Alamos.

On-site restaurant space walk-throughs will be available on the following dates and times:

Monday, Sept. 22, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.
Friday, Sept. 26, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.

These walk-throughs will offer interested parties a chance to view the space and ask questions before submitting their proposal. Reservations are not necessary.

Statements of Interest must be submitted by 5 p.m. MST on Friday, Oct. 10, 2025.
