Hi, I'm Clay Moseley. I'm the operations manager for the Department of Public Utilities for the Gas Water Sewer Services. Today I'm going to talk about what the cause of the recent rash of waterline breaks are down in White Rock. Over the weekend we suffered between four and six, six by today, six waterline breaks and we had to go around and try to find the root cause. So, we put a lot of pressure monitoring devices onto the system, started to check everything that controls pressure. And as we did that this morning, we realized that the new water line that that serves the new Chamisa school was tied in late last week. And there's a device on there that monitors pressure that hadn't been set by the third party contractor just yet. So we had to go in, isolate it, find out what the setting should be and realized that over the weekend it was just allowing full water pressure around it and we were seeing water pressures of over 100 PSI. The good thing is the water pipes themselves were all found to be in very good shape. They would just get over pressured from that device not being set. So we found the problem. We're fixing all of the water line breaks and we really appreciate your patience and sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you.
