Camp May Closed for the Season Starting October 31

Camp May, located near Pajarito Ski Mountain, will close for the season on October 31. The popular site, offering scenic picnic areas and fire pits, will reopen on May 1, 2025, weather permitting. Camp May, situated approximately six miles west of Los Alamos, provides visitors with an ideal outdoor setting for family gatherings, picnics, and camping. As temperatures drop and winter approaches, the site will close for the season to ensure safety during the winter months.
