Voice of the Customer 2026 Survey

The annual Voice of the Customer survey helps the Los Alamos Department of Public Utilities measure customer satisfaction in areas such as service quality, reliability, and overall engagement. 

Survey results will help DPU’s leadership team identify opportunities for improvement, compare performance with other utilities, and guide ongoing efforts to be responsive, efficient, and transparent. The surveying company, GreatBlue Research, will also provide recommendations based on the findings.

The survey is being conducted by email, online links, and phone interviews. Randomly selected utility account holders will receive invitations starting Tuesday, January 13. If responses are low for either residential or commercial customers, GreatBlue will start surveying via phone on Monday, February 2. Surveying will close on Tuesday, February 17.
