Los Alamos County DWI Planning Council invites community members to take part in a brief, anonymous NM Community survey hosted by the New Mexico Office of Substance Abuse Prevention (NMOSAP). The survey focus is on alcohol and prescription drug use. By sharing honest feedback, participants will help provide valuable insights that can guide more effective support services and public health initiatives. The survey will be open until April 4.
Community members are encouraged to take a few minutes to share and contribute to a healthier, better-informed community. Participation in the survey is completely voluntary. It does not record names and responses are confidential. The information from the survey will be released in summary form only. Individuals must be 18 or older and currently live in New Mexico.
It should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. At the end of the survey, individuals will be able to enter a weekly drawing for three $100 cash prizes and a final drawing for a $500 cash prize.
