We are your snow removal team in the Traffic and Streets Division of the Public Works Department. During winter storms, we focus on keeping traffic moving safely, especially on bus routes and near schools, and restoring normal driving conditions as quickly as possible once the storm has passed.

REPORTING PROBLEMS

Storm Response requires significant involvement from County staff across in Public Works, Los Alamos Police and Fire Departments, Community Services, and the Communications and Public Relations teams. Problems and requests sent to the Snow Response Team are logged, prioritized, and responded to according to urgency. We appreciate your patience during such times as we work to handle a wide variety of needs.
