I am a personal trainer working out of my home fitness studio in Los Alamos. My focus centers on building core strength and muscle mass, enhancing balance, refining movement patterns, and improving overall body composition. I also teach interval training to improve cardiorespiratory health. I am certified with the American Council on Exercise as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and senior fitness specialist. I hold an A.A.S. in Exercise Science and a Certificate of Nutrition.
