This board is established to serve as the central point of contact for environmental sustainability issues and as an advisory board to the County Council on environmental sustainability issues. The board's responsibilities include gathering and providing citizen input to staff and Council on ways to improve the County's environmental sustainability and on proposed environmental sustainability policies, programs, and services; and recommend ways to involve and educate the community on environmental sustainability issues.
