The scope of work for this pavement preservation project is to perform preventative maintenance of the existing asphalt pavement in the North Community and North Mesa Areas. This project will enhance the durability and maintain the service life and Pavement Condition Index (PCI) of the streets in both communities. Below is a schedule of activities as well as parking and traffic restrictions during operations.
North Community 9/29/25 thru 10/14/2025
Hours of operation: 7:00am to 7:00pm
Lane Closures: East bound lanes of Diamond Dr reduced to a single lane during hours of operation.
Restrictions: Residents are asked to remove all vehicles and refrain from street parking during hours of operation on the following streets and days listed below.
