This effort is a joint initiative between Public Works and the Department of Public Utilities.

Roadway Budget $3,800,000

Utility Budget $1,200,000 

The project involves reconstruction of Ridgeway Drive, Questa Drive and Pueblo Drive between 34^th and 35^thStreet.  It also includes the connector streets 34^th and 35^th between Pueblo Drive and Ridgeway Drive.

Roadway Improvements:

• Full Rehabilitation of Asphalt: 4” depth

• Targeted Installation or replacement of:

Utility Improvements

• Work will include replacement of water distribution line, water services and new water meter cans.

• Cost Estimate - $1,200,000 with NMGRT (Utility)

Design completed by Los Alamos County Staff
