UTILITIES ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

If you'd like to help others who may be having trouble paying their utility bills, please consider donating to the Utilities Assistance Program (UAP). While we are unable to route those donations through the online bill payment portal at this time, there are other options for donating. You may add donations to bill payments sent through the mail, dropped in the payment drop box or paid in person. For customers who would like to donate the same amount every month, please click the donate button above.
