Los Alamos County strives to improve and enhance our community's living and work environments through its economic development and comprehensive planning strategies. This list of economic development projects represents some of the activities and programs currently being managed or supported by the Community Development Department's Economic Development Division. These projects are a work of collaboration, including the participation and input of many; too many to list here.   • Canyon Walk (70 apartments) – 100% Occupied, Awaiting Permit Close-Out
  • The Bluffs (64 senior apartments) –  The County anticipates that this development will be available for rent in late-2023 by income-eligible seniors over the age of 62.The property owner has not issued any pre-lease information as of yet. More information will be posted here as it becomes available
  • The Hill (149 apartments) – The County anticipates that this development will be available for rent in late-2023. The property owner has not issued any pre-lease information as of yet. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
  • Homes at North Community (44 townhomes) – Under Construction
