The primary purpose of the Nuisance Code Implementation Review Task Force is to
review the implementation and interpretation of the requirements of the new
Chapter 18 Nuisance Code that recently went into effect. The Task Force will
serve as an advisory board to Council with a term of one year from April 3,
2023, to April 2, 2024.
Adopted at the February 7, council meeting, the Charter for the NCIR Task Force requires appointed members to review data and reports for one year; engage affected members of the public and county staff; assess the effectiveness of the program's communications; and prepare and present a report to the council of issues and recommendations.
