110 Entrada Drive

(2/14/2023) The County Community Development Department, Division of Economic Development, seeks a qualified respondent to purchase and improve a certain county-owned parcel: 101 Entrada Drive (Lot 6B-2). The County will consider non-residential development proposals that contemplate a future use of the property in accordance with the following County strategic plans: County Council’s Strategic Leadership Plan priorities; Comprehensive Plan; Economic Vitality Strategic Plan; Los Alamos Resiliency, Energy and the Sustainability Task Force Interim Report; and the Los Alamos Airport Master Plan.

A Pre-Proposal Meeting and site walkthrough will be offered to potential respondents on Thursday, March 16, 2023, at 11:00 AM. Respondents interested in proposing may attend the Pre-Proposal meeting and walkthrough. Prospective submitters can also ask clarifying questions with County staff prior to the submittal deadline by submitting them to LAC Economic Development Administrator Dan Ungerleider at [email protected]. The County will provide written comments or responses to questions asked at the site visit or via the email address, and such comments will be distributed to all interested parties.

The County prefers that respondents submit proposals electronically at [email protected]. However, if a respondent needs to submit a hard copy, they can submit their complete development proposal to the Community Development Department at 1000 Central Ave, Suite 350, Los Alamos, NM 87544. Proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on Monday, March 27, 2023. All materials will become the property of the County. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time or at any other location. A copy of the solicitation packet is provided below.
