Bathtub Row Reconstruction Project Updates

Construction details for the week of October 7, 2024

Hours of Construction:

TLC Plumbing & Utility will work from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday, with the addition of Fridays and weekends, as needed. Residents can expect large equipment, and construction noise.

Current Work Status:

TLC Plumbing & Utility will be continuing work preparing for paving of the Fuller Lodge parking lots and phase one portion of Bathtub Row, Juniper, and Oppenheimer Drive.

The full road closure will remain in effect on Bathtub Row from Central Avenue to Oppenheimer Drive (Mesa Public Library Driveway). Please continue to use the designated pedestrian path for access into and around Fuller Lodge, Museum and Art Center.
