BENEFITS OF WATER FITNESS CLASSES

  • Aquatic exercise promotes and enhances physical and mental fitness.
  • The water’s unique properties allow the pool to provide an environment for people of all abilities.
  • Buoyancy creates a reduced impact exercise that is easy on the joints, while the water’s resistance challenges the muscles.
  • The beauty of water is the ability to offer aerobic activity, resistance training and flexibility all at the same time.  Water is thicker than air, so muscles get stronger.

EVERYONE IS WELCOME IN ALL CLASSES. STUDENTS WORK AT THEIR OWN LEVEL.
