On January 28th Council voted to select the site of the former Los Alamos apartments as the location for a new Municipal Building. Read the recommendations of the Committee and the current progress on planning for the new site.

CDD is currently conducting a community participation project to update the former Master Plan in anticipation of acquiring almost 900 acres of the canyon from Federal government. Click here for more information on the process and a PDF of a preliminary working draft of the new plan.

The County’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is a ten-year plan used to identify and coordinate public facility needs in the County, taking into consideration other County plans, goals, and resources.
