Artist Livy Snyder will display works in her series "Back to the Wall: Snapshots of the Evolving Aesthetic" in the Upstairs Art Gallery during the month of February. The work explores the aspects of social rivalry in aesthetics.

We alternate reading a Caldecott winner and a Newbery winner each month, skipping December.
