IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT ONLINE UTILITY BILL PAYMENTS!
(June 29th, 2018)

Due to the launch of the County's new Enterprise Resource Planning software, the bill payment option in the Utilities Los Alamos DPU App is currently inactive.  This downtime, which could take up to a month, is necessary for the conversion from our current utility billing system to Munis.  We apologize for any inconvenience and assure you we are working hard to complete this conversion as quickly and seamlessly as possible.  In the meantime, you can make payments online with your credit card through the Paymentus portal or over the phone. 

This does not affect any recurring electronic payments that you may have already set up, such as ACH payments.

You must have your Account # and Customer ID, which you may not already know.

ACCESS TO MY UTILITIES ACCOUNT - ON HOLD

If you are registered to use the Los Alamos DPU App, please note that the system is not registering any account activity post-July 1, 2018, including payments and account balances.  

DPU staff is working through a conversion of the app so that it points correctly to the new billing software, while maintaining history from the previous billing software.  We anticipate this conversion to be completed by the end of August 2018. 

New registrations for the app are on hold until the conversion is complete.
