School Stores Orders


LAPS staff can use this form to place a stores order from the Los Alamos County Warehouse. Only approved staff should use this form. Browse through the Product Catalog to find the products offered by the Warehouse.  (The Stores Order Form is a PDF form that requires Adobe Reader with special features enabled. This form works best in Microsoft Internet Explorer.  However, if you use the form in Chrome you should enable the Acrobat Reader extension.
