Regular Council Meetings are held in the Community Building located at 475 20th Street and Council Work Sessions are held at the Fire Station No. 3, 129 State Road 4 in White Rock.

Normally, there are three Council Meetings per month, with the second one being a Work Session, held in White Rock.

Special meetings may be held on the call of the Chair or of a majority of the Council members with 72 hours notice.

Closed meetings are held as deemed necessary by Council leadership with 72 hours notice.

Council agendas are prepared and posted at least 72 hours before the Council Meeting. The agenda for every regular Council meeting includes time for comments from the public on items not listed.
