It will take actions from citizens, businesses, and organizations alike to build a more sustainable Los Alamos County.  This community wide effort should be and will be lead by the Los Alamos County government.  The County government will focus on reducing the environmental impact of its operations and also ensure the community is properly educated and informed about the concept of sustainability and how to enact this concept in their daily lives.
