Western Area Improvements - Phase 1 (Off Trinity)The first phase of this project is to replace existing curb and gutters, drive pads, drainage structures, and asphalt in Western Area on 41st, 42nd , 43rd, & 44th Streets north of Trinity. Also included is the reconstruction of the connecting sidewalks between the streets and the park. Eastern Area 2 Construction Project Phase 2The purpose of the project is to replace existing curb and gutters, sidewalks, drivepads, drainage structures, some utilities, and asphalt on Canyon north of Myrtle to 15th Street, and on 15th from Central to Canyon. Arroyo Lane and Verde Ridge will be repaved.
