Tuesday, January 5th -  Voter Registration Closes
Voter registration will close on Tuesday, January 5th at 5:00 p.m. Residents who are not registered, or have moved, may fill out a form in the Office of the County Clerk at 2451 Central Avenue, Suite D. 

Voter registration forms are also available at the State of New Mexico Motor Vehicle Field Office and the Los Alamos & White Rock Libraries.  Please return the completed form to the Office of the County Clerk.


Monday, January 11th  -  Ballots will be mailed
Ballots for this Election will be mailed out to all registered voters on Monday, January 11th. 

The address the ballot will be mailed to is the address that is on file in the voter registration database.  If you need your ballot to be mailed to an alternate address, please contact our office as soon as possible and arrangements can be made.

Tuesday, February 2nd  -  Election Day
In order for your ballot to be counted, it must be physically received in the Office of the County Clerk, no later than 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 2nd .

Thursday, February 4th  -  Canvass @ 2pm
The results of the election will be canvassed in the Office of the County Clerk.

Monday, February 8th  Voter Registration Opens
All voter registration forms will be processed and voter identification cards will be mailed.
